Rachael Robertson led the 58th Australian National Antarctic Research Expedition to Davis Station, becoming just the second female and one of the youngest leaders in the station’s history. She managed a team of 18 through the harsh Antarctic winter, building resilience based on the principle that “respect trumps harmony.” An international keynote speaker, Rachael has presented at over 1,200 conferences globally. Her book, Respect Trumps Harmony, was published in April 2020.
